Every helmet starts the same way: full-scale American steel, welded and built by hand. From there it's all you. Here's what you can choose from and what it costs.
Straightforward, No Surprises.
You don't pay until the helmet is complete and ready to ship.
Base Helmet
Includes your choice of front holder, shield (number and/or text), and a name on the brim. Perfect as is.
Additional Custom Images
Price depends on complexity and placement. Locations include the side panels, front/shield, and under the brim.
Additional Text / Quotes
Extra engraved text, quotes, dates, or details beyond what the base helmet includes.
Front Holders
All front holders are the same ones you’d put on your standard leather helmet. If you'd like an option that isn't listed here, just choose "Other" on the order form and tell us what you have in mind.
Shield & Device Styles
The shield carries your number, name, or a custom image.
Custom Image Placement
If you want more customization, add portraits, department shields, badges, or any custom image, engraved into the steel by fiber laser. $30–60 per image, depending on complexity and placement.
Custom Text Placement
Engrave more text where you want. Shield text and a name on the brim is included; additional text or quotes run $20–30.
